Vampire Academy

Who else LOVES this series?! Here's the basis of the first book, for those who are not familar with it:

After two years on the run, best friends Rose, half-human/half-vampire, and Lissa, a mortal vampire princess, are caught and returned to St. Vladimir's Academy. Up until then, Rose had kept Lissa safe from her enemies; school, however, brings both girls additional challenges and responsibilities. How they handle peer pressure, nasty gossip, new relationships, and anonymous threats may mean life or death. Likable narrator Rose hides doubts about her friend behind a tough exterior; orphan Lissa, while coping with difficult emotional issues such as depression and survivor's guilt, uses her emerging gifts for good.

I finished Last Sacrifice today:

 

I LOVED it. I think it was the perfect ending to the series. I loved how it kept you on your toes. There were numerous times where I thought I knew who the murderer was, and I was wrong! I was NOT expecting it to be Tasha. I also loved that they found Lissa's half sister, so she was able to finally have her voice in the court. It was icing on the cake that she was elected Queen. I was SO happy that Rose was able to be her guardian, but yet still got to be with Dimitri, it was just perfect to me. I really will miss Rose and Adrian together. They truly were a great couple. But Dimitri and Rose will always be my favourite.

I loved how they were able to save Ms. Karp too. Her reunion with Mikeil was so beautiful.

I truly was not disappointed with the ending. But I can say I will definitely miss reading all about Rose and the gang.

I love this series, loved the ending and I had two people the killer could have been I was right on one of them. Here is something good will still here about Rose, Dimitri, and the others In Bloodlines it wont be in rose's point of view.

I absolutly love this series!!! And can I just say the last book definitly did not disapoint!!

I found the series kept getting better and better as each new book came out. I really enjoyed seeing Rose and Lissa grow as the series went on same with there relationships.

 

I really enjoyed reading last Sacrifice. To me everything was perfect, and you couldn't ask for a better ending.
I also really liked how they brought in Jill's character so she was Lissa's sister, I definitly didn't expect that to happen, but of course it did.

Oh man and I could not believe that Tasha ended up being the killer, I was actually really upset with that because I really liked her, but I guess there had to be a twist in there somewhere.

And last but not least I hope they make Jill one of the main characters in her spin off series, I'd really like to learn more about her.
